Q1. My internet provider does not let me use CGI, can I still use FC2 Counter?

A. Yes, FC2 Counter works on the FC2 Server, so you will be able to use it.

Q2. Can I change the counter image size?

A. Sorry, no for the time being.

Q3. How many counters can I have at the same time?

A. One FC2ID can have up to 10 counters.

You can go to [Manage Counters] from the menu list, and add new counters.

Q4. How do I change the counter value?

A. Click on [Settings] from the menu list, then go to the [Counter Value] field to enter the value you want, then click on [Save All Changes]. After changes are saved, the counter will start counting from the value you set.

Q5. What if I would like to discontinue the use of a counter?

A. You can simply delete the counter tag (HTML) from your homepage or blog.

If you want to completely stop using the counter, please login to FC2ID first, then click on [Cancel Service] in the [FC2 Counter] field to stop using the counter service.

Q6. Nothing shows up after the installation of the counter, how come?

A. Your counter (counter value) will not display right away. Please wait for at least 5 minutes and check the value again in your management page.

Q7. Does it work on my mobile phone?

A. As long as your phone can display images, FC2 Counters will work on your mobile phone.

In some cases, the image might be too large, in this occasion, it will not be displayed on your mobile phone. You can resize it smaller if you wish. Please note that mobile phones do not prevent "Duplicate Counts".

• *DoCoMo: Supports all GIF.
• *au：WAP1.0 does not support GIF(However, web pages that are written in HTML. It will automatically convert GIF to PNG then display.
• *SoftBank： Only 3G supports GIF.
• *AIR-HDGE PHONE： Supports all GIF.

Q8. My counter suddenly disappeared.

It might be because we have assumed that the image is inappropriate or the image has not been creation of your own.

Or, there is a chance that the author might have deleted the counter.

⇒You may not upload characters from online games even if you have permission to use the images. If you are not the original designer we will prohibit the uploading of such images.

⇒When violating Terms of Use, the counters will also be deleted. In serious cases, FC2 will cancel the user's account. In such circumstances, keep in mind that all services will not be available to you.

Does the counter hide function work on my mobile phone?
